Kill Cyclops
(You can make more money by not killing him. He respawns in an hour and a half, but goats respawn in 15 minutes). Find the phial in the tower, give it to the wood nymph. Take the shard to Naiad, the water nymph, and she gives you a javelin. Take the javelin to the Cyclops' room and you automatically kill him. Use the key to open his chest (hidden room farthest west), and take out the pearl necklace. Give the necklace to Merrgold. You may be able to kill the wood nymph for the shard if you have no phial.
Reward is 200 gold to kill cyclops, 1200 for giving him to Bodo, 200 for the necklace.
You make waay more money not killing the cyclops, just selling goats and rabbits.
